Why am I an executive coach? Well, I spent the first half of my career in executive search. I coached technology and financial services professionals through every phase of the interview, hiring and onboarding process. I sat with selection committees and human resources executives. I learned why companies and careers rise and fall…and sometimes rise again. Those experiences gave me a unique window into leadership and career management. My passion is helping my clients become great leaders with great careers.
